i didn't really expect all those questions to be answered, heh. i guess i'm just worried for the future...especially for kaba. i can't help it!
i was on board for 2 years and kaba was my life for quite a while...and
even though i've gotten to that point where it's not so much my life
anymore, i still can't help but hope that everything's going to be okay
when we're gone. those were just questions that came up during my years as a kaba boardie, and i just put them out there i guess as advice in the form of questions
to think about. for all those who are now or may be in leadership
positions in the future. i don't know, maybe it's not my place to say
anything. but i'm old, i'm cranky, and this is my xanga so i'll write what i want. it's all out of love, anyway.
i'm sure many of you know how it feels to have to entrust the future of
your "baby," so to speak, over to younger kids who still seem like they
have so much to learn. but i guess we don't have a choice. i just hope that my generation has absorbed enough and grown enough to be good enough examples and role models to these new kids. as good as the ones we had when we were the newbies.
